Join our engaging, in-person seminar where we will help you prepare your state-required elements for your CNA or Phlebotomy Training School. You will come to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for 4 days (3 nights) while I walk you step by step through all your state’s paperwork. Half the day we will work on your applications and the other half of the day we will go on adventures in Cabo! Please see the attached itinerary.

• Thursday, Arrival Day 1: Arrive after 3pm, Meet and greet, pool party, dinner or time on your own
• Friday, Day 2:
  • Morning Work: Course Catalog, Student Handbook, Enrollment Agreements
  • Evening: Optional Shopping and Fun at the downtown marina (shuttle leaves at 4:45pm and returns at 9:30pm)
• Saturday, Day 3:
  • Morning Work: Syllabus, Outline, Clinical Contracts.
  • Evening: Camel ride & bon fireside dinner
• Sunday, Day 4: Departures by 10am

Travel Information: Overnight accommodations are included in the seminar fee. Shuttle service will be provided to and from SJD International Airport and the lodging accommodations, and to and from the planned activities. Prefer to explore the region? Cabo San Lucas is a world-class destination! Enjoy the freedom to rent a car and discover beaches, fine dining, and local sights on your own schedule.

Air fare is not included in the seminar fee. Please be sure to book your flight through SJD International Airport.

You MUST bring a laptop to gain the most benefit from the subject matter. When you leave you will have all elements of your application prepared for submission.

This seminar includes the following:

• Understand how to write and implement a curriculum considering the different teaching types: psychomotor, cognitive, and affective as required.
• Will write and complete a student handbook with policies and procedures.
• Write and complete a course catalog.
• Will gain access to resources needed to open a CNA or Phlebotomy Training School per local and state regulations.
• Will develop required forms needed to operate a CNA or Phlebotomy Training School program: instructor evaluation, attendance, nursing home contract (where applicable), etc.
• Will gain access and learn how to use FREE adjunct teaching resources needed to operate CNA or Phlebotomy Training School programs.
• Complete course outline/syllabus.
• Tips on how to obtain a contract with a clinical contract.
• Q and A session from someone who has experience in opening a CNA or Phlebotomy Training School.

This seminar will be completely hands-on in a small group setting of no more than 5 attendees so that you can get personalized help every step of the way.
